Twenty!

Alright so i am now not a Teenager anymore! On April 18th i turned 20 years old! And old being the key word haha not really but it dose feel weird to be an adult but not feeling like i can really be an adult if you know what i mean. I have a part time job and bills of my own but im still at home and "dependent" on my parents. I guess I'm having a lot of trouble with that lately, the feeling and strong desire to be on my own completely but don't have the means to do so.

Anyway, i had a good birthday, nothing too fancy, since my grandpas birthday is two days after mine we usually always have a combined get together with our family (well since ive gotten older we have). So everyone came over and we had cake and ice cream and lots of laughs. That's all i ever want anyway. I had a Oreo cake my dad made for me that was AWESOME! my new favortie cake ever! it tasted so good! Of course i made my grandpas cake which was of course a Texas Rangers cake and it came out so cool! i was really excited and proud of how it came out. It was my first time experimenting with Fondant to do the lettering and decorations (i have moved up to covering a cake with it yet lol not brave enough quite yet) it took a lot of time

doing the little detail work but i like the overall result and so did everyone else which made me happy :) We had an awesome party!

Hmm lets see, school is almost over for me and my mom, our last day is May 16th. We have A&P together and were both passing but trying to bump our grades up, shes doing better than me, which i kinda expected only because i cant freakin concentrate on one thing to save my life. My mind is everywhere all at once, its so hard to focus on anything latley its driving me insane. Ive started going to counseling again with LDS services which has helped a little but with all the stress and anxiety i have right now im worried im going to have to have extra help to fix the problem... and with no insurance to do that with, just stresses me out more, wonderful right? blehhhhhhh over all though my grades are good and i have no worries about failing anything so thats good :) im not going to take summer courses, i wanted to but decided against it and im still not sure if i want to look for another job this summer either, hmm we will see i guess.

As far as family, were all okay, the cold and sniffles have been going around because Texas cant make up its mind on if it still wants it to be winter to spring! Literally one day it will be in the 80s, the next day back down to 50s -_- no wonder everyone's allergies have been going nuts! other than that though were all pretty healthy. oh something exciting, we all got season passed to Six Flags Over Texas! i thought my brothers were going to jump out of their skin when they found out. weve gone just us kids and had a lot of fun, the boys won a stuffed animal in two games and got something from the gift shop so they were in heaven ( what little kid wouldnt be?). That was fun, looking forward to a summer full of Six Flags and holiday in the park is my favorite time of year to go cause everything is decorated Christmas-y and pretty and plus its cold!!!!! Love Love Love the cold :)

Kenzlee is doing good, shes 5 months old now and already is a sassy little thing. Her parents are doing good as well, we just love them to death. We are planing on seeing them again during the summer some time since she'll be 6 months old but im not entirely convinced we will be able to do that, but some how i wanna make it work. Hopefully maybe we will be able to see Jack as well? i dont know it seems like were going to need a miracle to pull it off. Geez arent i the optimist lately? Haha ill work on that i promise. I've been kinda in a down phase lately and can't seem to shake it like i normally do. I guess a lot of feelings and memories have resurfaced and are hell bent on staying since Kayla put her faith in Kim and Casey to raise her baby girl. Somethings never really completely heal do they? Stuff im definitely working on with my counselor Kim.

Over all were doing okay, nothing huge has happend, i don't think anything huge will happen in a while. I'm just looking forward to a very much needed break from school to just relax and hang out with friends that i haven't seen since school started. Who knows what the summer will bring, what the rest of the year will bring? I'm just praying that a big change will happen soon...

I Never imagined we would go through something so heart breaking and so unimaginably amazing at the same time together. But we did and here we are with two beautiful children, two amazing couples we can now call family and ultimatly we're here together closer and stronger than ever before<3 nbsp="" span="">

Welcome to the Family

Well, things have been going pretty well here. The holidays were of course hectic and crazy but awesome and wonderful as well :) Thanksgiving went great and Christmas was Amazing! Everyone got what they wanted and loved all of their presents so that to me is always an amazing feeling. Im starting the spring semester next week and couldnt be anymore ready, im a little nervous but i think im going to do great.

So Thanksgiving, not a whole lot to comment on, Thanksgiving has become in the past 4 or so years the holiday were my family has done their own thing, not everyone is at my grandmas like at christmas time. which is okay, and this year is the first year where i havent eaten a whole lot but still felt like i ate the whole turkey :/ blehhh i did better on christmas haha :) anyways it was the usual, turkey and ham lunch, i always make the deviled eggs on the holidays and we have none left by the end of the day, desserts and all that jazz. over all it was a nice Thanksgiving.

Christmas on the other hand is a lot more chaos and i love it! Nathan woke up to a brand new bike, which he loved to death, in the middle of opening presents he would randomly stop and turn around and say "i love you bike" hahaha hes so stinkin cute sometimes :) he also got a Kindle Fire this year, something he rarely puts down some days. Kayla and Anthony were surprised by new ipod touches, something they rarely put down ever haha since they can have games and apps and music and even text on them just like a iphone would, yeah theyre on it all the time so they can finally leave mine and my moms phones alone yay! They got other stuff too but mainly thats the big stuff, it was awesome seeing them open everything and get excited. oh yeah me, well i got a new camera, its still digital but its a step closer to the camera im really wanting, but i love it. it takes awesome pictures and ive used it alot so far. so im really happy with it :) After opening gifts we got to work on making the food for when everyone got to my grandmas. the usual stuff, everyone one of my aunts and uncles came like usual and then we got to my favorite tradition Chinese Christmas/White Elephant. This year i got stuck with Binoculars, my sister got a cute little picture frame, my mom got a whistle key finder thing, and Anthony got a $20 gift card to applebee's. over all not too bad. its always really fun to see what everyone is going to end up with and see who is going to steal what from different relatives. There's usually always a different rivalry each year which always ends up hilariously funny. Its probably one of my favorite things about Christmas, i wish we could do it more often. Oh yeah and we had a WHITE CHRISTMAS!!!! there was a huge Thunderstorm Christmas eve night which kept me up all night, it was a crazy crazy thunderstorm, i thought it was just a regular thunderstorm but when i woke up that morning it had snowed with the thunderstorm! and then it snowed all day long afterward! everyone was so extremely ecstatic and happy, it was so awesome! :)

Just before Christmas we got the best present of all. Kayla had her baby girl on December 6th. She was induced and had one of the easiest labors ive ever seen or heard of, like seriously, its so not fair. My mom had to get her their by 4 in the morning, so i took the boys to school, got ready and headed over there, by the time i got their she was already at a 9 so i stayed in the room for about 10 mins then let her get to pushin. about 20 mins later my mom came and got me, i honestly thought they were just taking a break or she wasnt ready yet but nope she already pushed her out, my mom told me she only had to pushed about 3 or 4 times and out came the baby! Lucky butt let me tell ya! Kenzlee May was born at 10:24am, she was 7lbs 2oz 20.5 inches long. My little niece is perfect, shes so cute and adorable i just wanted to squeeze and hug and kiss on her all day long! like when i had Jack it was just me, my mom and my brothers at the hospital with her, the only difference was the boys went to school, they didnt get to miss and stay there all day like with me, it was a little overwhelming for me at the time. So i got to pick them up while my mom stayed with Kay and Kenz. As soon as they saw her though it was the most awesome moment ever, words cant decribe it perfectly. Since she had a natural birth she was in the hospital for only 3 days, but to be honest it felt like an eternity! Kim and Casey came to the hospital to meet their baby girl for the first time on the second day. Another moment that i cannot acuratly describe. After the hospital they were here for a week before they headed home to Utah. And like when i had Jack they were kind enough to let Kayla and us visit where they were staying and came to visit us as well, they even took kayla shopping and let kayla keep baby kenzlee while they went and shopped themselves, which for me was pretty amazing. the only thing that was really bummy is by the 2 to last day before they had to leave Nathan and i got the tummy bug so we werent able to see or say our final goodbye to Kim, Casey and Kenzlee but i am thankful that i did get the time i got with her and i know Kayla is as well.

Over all things went perfectly. Kayla will be back in school this week and everything is slowly getting back to normal. well as normal as possible, my grandparents are remodeling their house, which means we got new floors, new painting, etc. crazy hectic but exciting and interesting as well. So i think thats all for now ill post more laterz :)
